Why can't I link W2B with my Amazon account?

Before we proceed, please make sure that:

1. Your Amazon account is a Professional Selling account (If you do not have a Professional Amazon Seller account, you can signup using this URL right away: http://www.amazon.com/gp/seller-account/mm-product-page.html/)
   
   
2. The Amazon account must either be created on Amazon USA (amazon.com) or Amazon Canada (Amazon.ca)
