Why do the product prices keep changing on my Shopify store?

When you load the products from Wholesale2B to your Shopify store, your W2B list becomes the primary source of all the editing that you need to do.

This means that you must not edit the prices and other data of your products from W2B inside your Shopify store itself. As the changes are not synced back to W2B from Shopify, every time a product is updated from our end, it will overwrite the changes you've made to the products.

The correct approach for editing the prices, titles, and/or descriptions of the products is to do it inside your Wholesale2B account, in the Member's Portal. Please follow the tutorial listed below to do the same:
