When you add your PayPal email ID to the eBay dropship plan's Global Settings page, it is passed onto eBay so that they can send you the payments for the listings sold directly. We do not receive payments from eBay on your behalf at all.
If you've configured a bank account deposit in your eBay account, eBay will ignore the PayPal setting set in Wholesale2B and directly deposit the amount to your bank account.
